Knorr-Bremse – S/4HANA Demand Confirmation + Fullfillment
Review of long-term and short-term requirements planning with the aim of returning to the standard as a preliminary project for S/4HANA implementation.
The Knorr-Bremse Group, headquartered in Munich, is the global market and technology leader for braking systems and a leading supplier of safety-related subsystems for rail and commercial vehicles. Their mission is to enhance rail and road mobility‘s safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
As a preliminary project for S/4HANA implementation, Knorr-Bremse commissioned CONSILIO to review long-term and short-term requirements planning in S/4HANA. Complex, customer-specific processes with many in-house developments in the Z namespace need to be returned to the standard as far as possible. CONSILIO created a well-founded roadmap for this purpose.
Thanks to the outstanding expertise and great commitment of our colleagues, the preliminary project for S/4HANA implementation with our long-standing partner CONSILIO resulted in a well-founded roadmap for one of our important main processes in the plan-to-fulfill workstream.
