20 years of CONSILIO

End of September 2019 the time had come. CONSILIO GmbH celebrated its birthday after 20 extremely successful years. Early Friday morning, 70 employees left for the vacation island of Mallorca, to the 5-star Hotel Steigenberger. An unforgettable weekend was introduced with a consulting day, followed by relaxation at the pool and sea. On Saturday different outdoor activities were on the agenda. From diving and quad biking to cultural hikes, all was offered to the employees. Our stay was rounded up with all kinds of culinary delights of the Majorcan cuisine. On sunday we went back to Munich. Recovered, relaxed and highly motivated and with many new impressions in our luggage.

This special birthday celebration will probably not be forgotten so quickly. We are looking forward to further successful years in the CONSILIO team.

How is the application process structured?

After receiving your application, you will immediately be sent a confirmation of receipt. We will then check your documents and clarify further questions in a telephone interview. During one or a maximum of two personal interviews on site, we finally have the opportunity to find out whether your and our ideas match.

How can I develop personally at CONSILIO?

During the interviews we find out together how we can support your passion and develop your knowledge. Through targeted training and project work we challenge and promote your skills. We give you the chance for personal and professional growth through your own successes. In addition to the professional development opportunity to become Vice President, our career model also provides for disciplinary development to become a partner.

How is the training program structured and how long does it take?

With targeted training in the areas of module consulting, technology and project management, the junior consultant is trained to become a consultant who can finally invoice on his own. The training program includes internal training blocks, external training at SAP and online training. The content is consolidated through group exchanges, self-study and application in the company's internal SAP landscape.

At the same time, juniors gain their first practical experience in customer projects together with their mentor or in a team. Depending on their level of knowledge, the training lasts six to twelve months and ends with SAP certification.
