Challenges
- Transport capacities in individual delivery regions are a limiting factor
- The scheduling of the delivery or the planned goods issue must take into account the available transport capacity
- The capacities refer to the transport volume and are defined on a daily basis
- Product availability and availability of transport capacity must be taken into account simultaneously when confirming customer deadlines
- Daily backorder processing (BOP) is an essential step, a solution must be integrated
