Leipzig location: CONSILIO continues on growth path

After the pandemic, home office has become an alternative to the office that will not disappear. One challenge is the transformation of the office from a workplace to a meeting place. CONSILIO is responding with a new branch office in Leipzig and is once again presenting itself as an attractive employer for new and old employees.

Aschheim/ Dornach, July 21, 2023 - The SAP consulting firm CONSILIO, headquartered in Aschheim near Munich, has opened a branch office in Leipzig. The trigger for this step was, on the one hand, to spare employees from the region the relatively long travel distances - to Ratingen or Walldorf, for example. On the other hand, it was important to the management to strengthen the group dynamic, i.e. the exchange among the consultants, and at the same time to be close to the customers throughout Germany.

The new office in Leipzig offers more than enough space for the employees from the region with an office area of 110 sqm with 8 modern workstations and various open and rest areas. For events or customer presentations, rooms including the necessary technology can also be rented.

In addition to a canteen, the building complex also offers practical services to help colleagues with everyday matters. Even the transport connections are ideal: the workplace can be easily reached both by car (parking spaces are available) and by public transport via streetcar or S-Bahn.

CONSILIO also has its sights firmly set on the future generation of consultants. The company is planning to expand its relations with universities in Leipzig in order to acquire competent junior staff and thus counteract the shortage of skilled workers. After all, the consulting firm is facing challenging times ahead. SAP has discontinued support for its ECC until 2027, and many large companies will have to switch to S/4HANA by then to avoid high follow-up costs outside of maintenance. This task can only be shouldered with sufficient personnel capacity.

For us from the region, the Leipzig site is not only a workplace but also a meeting place,
where we can exchange ideas with colleagues. The last few years with the pandemic-related restrictions have shown that social interaction face to face is important for the
for people's mental well-being and at the same time strengthens employee loyalty to the company.
to the company.
