SAP PP functionalities

- SAP can be used to map mass, type and series production, as well as make-to-order and project production
- In addition, there are extensive functionalities for the process industry

- The most common types of production are discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and repetitive manufacturing

- The MRP run is the core of your MRP in SAP
- With the MRP list, an MRP controller receives exception messages that alert him to procurement bottlenecks
- With the CONSILIO Logistics Alert Cockpit (LAC), you have the option of displaying exception messages for several plants, MRP controllers and other selection criteria clearly and transparently in a list, which is not possible in the standard SAP system
- If an exception message has been processed by the dispatcher, a permanent processing status can be set in the LAC
- A comment on the processing of the message can be added and thus increases transparency
- Edited messages no longer appear in the LAC overview unless you explicitly select this option in the selection mask
- The cockpit can be adapted to your specific requirements, e.g. a change of prioritization in the disposition allows a corresponding adjustment of the procedures
- More exception messages available than in SAP standard
- Exception messages appear flexibly to the respective dispatcher
