CONSILIO's involvement in the project began a few days after the go-live. Initially commissioned for the FI/CO area, the CONSILIO employees impressed with their performance and were commissioned to provide support in other modules. The 3rd level support, including complex process optimisation, was therefore provided across all modules. The primary goal was to optimise the implemented processes to such an extent that the system could be operated stably
The biggest challenge was to analyse the implemented solution and optimise processes in line with the company's specific processes. This was based on the standard SAP processes. The company-specific processes that could not be mapped in the SAP standard were implemented using in-house developments.
