This was the finding of a scientifically rigorous employee and management survey conducted by the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH). In the Germany-wide employer benchmark, CONSILIO ranked third in the category of companies with up to 200 employees and was thus awarded the TOP-JOB seal as one of the most attractive employers. “The key to success,” says HR Manager Inna Derix, “lies in motivated employees and an open corporate culture.”
