TOP Job 2026: CONSILIO Once Again Named One of Germany’s Best Employers

The Munich-based SAP consulting firm CONSILIO has once again been recognized in the TOP JOB 2026 employer ranking. In the standardized survey of employees and management, the company stood out in particular for its short decision-making processes, structured career development opportunities, employee benefits, and regular team-building activities that foster cross-office collaboration.

CONSILIO remains one of the best employers among German small and medium-sized enterprises in 2026. This was the finding of a scientifically rigorous employee and management survey conducted by the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH). In the Germany-wide employer benchmark, CONSILIO ranked third in the category of companies with up to 200 employees and was thus awarded the TOP-JOB seal as one of the most attractive employers. “The key to success,” says HR Manager Inna Derix, “lies in motivated employees and an open corporate culture.”

The performance of a consulting firm is shaped by the spirit, determination, and knowledge of the people who work there.

In recent years, CONSILIO has implemented targeted measures to ensure high employee satisfaction. Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Thanks to flat hierarchies, our employees experience a corporate culture characterized by trust and autonomy. Every employee has the opportunity to contribute and develop new ideas. To support work-life balance, CONSILIO offers various benefits. For example, employees benefit from coverage of childcare costs, an attractive company car policy, sabbaticals, workations, and much more. In addition to guidance from experienced mentors and hands-on project experience, a targeted training and development program ensures professional and personal growth.

Lukas Meier, a consultant at CONSILIO, describes it this way: “The mentoring program accelerates professional development by sharing valuable practical knowledge and facilitating networking. At the same time, it supports employees in further developing their professional and personal skills through honest feedback.”

To foster personal interaction, quarterly “CONSILIO Days” are held. During these events, employees gather at headquarters and then participate in a joint activity. Going forward, CONSILIO intends to continue enhancing its qualities as an employer and to tailor benefits and additional perks more closely to the individual needs of its employees.

“Being an employer of choice is a crucial strategic decision for companies that want to achieve long-term success,” sums up former Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel, patron of the TOP JOB employer benchmark. “In my view, TOP JOB is the most sustainable award for employers on the German market.” Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch, Head of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen and Scientific Director of TOP JOB, adds: “CONSILIO GmbH stands out with a talent management approach that thinks long-term and has an individual impact. The results in this category clearly show that targeted support and clear development opportunities are recognized and valued by employees. This creates a lasting bond that goes far beyond short-term incentives.”
