S/4HANA implementation at an international automotive supplier
Our client is an international automotive supplier with 50 locations worldwide. The S/4HANA implementation was to be carried out for one of its business units, which specializes in roof and convertible roof systems as well as parking heaters.
The previously heterogeneous system landscape, which consisted of various SAP and non-SAP systems, led to inconsistent master data and a non-transparent inventory situation. The customer's primary goal was to introduce a uniform standard system for 23 locations in order to create transparency across global processes and harmonize them.

Project Management
CONSILIO was brought in during the ongoing project and was initially limited to supporting the implementation in the EWM area. A particular challenge was to analyze and optimize the existing implementations. CONSILIO's project participants impressed with their high level of professionalism and solution-oriented approach and were awarded the contracts for implementation support in the FI/CO, SD, PP and QM modules. The focus of the template creation and implementation was on SAP standard solutions.
