Switching to a future-proof S/4HANA system

In 2020, Infraserv's management decided to migrate its ERP system based on SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA by 2021 in order to strengthen its competitiveness in the long term. The reason: With the help of S/4HANA, new technologies such as Fiori are within reach, which will then provide a strategic basis for process innovations and further optimization.

In order to switch to S/4HANA as quickly as possible without losing earlier investments, Infraserv opted for the brownfield approach. The site developer and expert for chemical-related services sought help for the implementation of the project from SAP Gold Partner CONSILIO, which created the blueprint and supported Infraserv via a coaching approach until go-live.

CONSILIO is a competent, reliable partner that accompanied Infraserv with a great deal of expertise on its way to S/4HANA. The partnership-based collaboration and the great flexibility with regard to the requirements in the project enabled us to proceed in a solution- and goal-oriented manner.
