CONSILIO impresses with its know-how and expertise. With its help, we at Teufelberger were able to ensure a successful and smooth productive start in the "Fiber Rope Mountain Sports" segment. CONSILIO supported us in all phases of process optimization, enabling a significant increase in transparency throughout the entire supply chain. This makes us fit for the future.

Project Goal

Manage Complexity - increasing transparency within the entire supply chain as well as integrating and optimising processes. For example, the logistics and procurement processes were to be mapped and integrated into inbound and outbound logistics. Other requirements included the integration of batch-specific production into product costing and material evaluation as well as the expansion of options for analysing deviations in controlling. In addition, the first segment for the mountain sports product range for the manufacture of climbing ropes was to go live.

Next Steps

Integration of the other segments into the S/4HANA landscape with further development of the supply chain processes (S&OP, aATP with SBC and Supply Protection, etc.)
