Model-based Design

Agile methods have proven their worth in software development. However, today's solutions are based on standard software. Because complex problems must also be solved in this area, CONSILIO has developed the agile toolset "Model-based Design" for the implementation of standard software. In order to meet current requirements, we work according to this method, which was developed over years of project work with customers and has already proven itself in many customer projects.

The basis of the method set is a model of the target system, which includes all critical processes. The process landscape of the model is complete in relation to the business-critical processes, but not yet detailed. Through prioritization and short development cycles, the agile project method promises lean, efficient processes. Model-based design already delivers valid results in early project phases and thus enables a secure level of knowledge regarding the suitability of a solution approach.
