Initial Situation
At the start of the project, Continental needed a method for analysing requirements, as constantly changing requirements represented a major challenge in project management. A method such as model-based design was therefore lacking.
Challenge
Rapid introduction of a new method for problem solving
Effective design of requirements management in an agile landscape
Creating readiness for the use of a hybrid project methodology
CONSILIO and our employees from business and IT complemented each other very well and worked closely together on the solution. Thanks to the professional model-based design project methodology, the requirements analysis was efficient and fast.
