Many companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry have specific planning, logistics and production issues. The production of batches often takes place in complex production processes that consist of many individual steps and usually contain detailed process instructions, formulas and safety regulations.

Until now, such structures could only be mapped inadequately, and important information such as hazardous substance symbols or calculations for dosing recipe components were difficult for the end user to visualize. It was not possible to check the quantities used for completeness. This can be made much more user-friendly by using special solutions, for example in the form of Fiori apps.

The specialty chemicals industry is booming globally. CONSILIO has delivered special solutions to fully cover the challenges of specialty chemicals, such as customized production, in SAP.
